I spared the full dxdiag file.  I am looking to install a 650w psu and a GeForce 650 GTX video graphics card, Would this be a feasible setup for a box bought ASUS sysytem. My main issue is to install the gpu in the pci slot it would have to be inverted, fan down. Would this allow for enough ventilation of the gpu or I am I gonna burn it up. BTW there are ventilation slots on the left side of the case, looking straight on, about the same height the video card would be.

Your CPU is quite fast, so good.

You don't need a 650W, 550W will more than handle the system.   The reference GTX 650 TDP is 64W, tad higher for 3rd party ones.

Depending on your budget, consider going for at least a 750 ti, TDP is the same.
