how can i reset windows xp , like delete everything off of it, 

ive tried searching this and it tells me to delete windows xp and reinstall, is there any other way to not have to reinstall

Sorry, no. All you can do if you don't have a installation CD is uninstall everything you don't want and delete any files or folders you don't want. Also delete any user accounts you don't want.
