Firstly, I am not posting about a maleware problem.  I did that on the appropriate forum of geeks to go.  However, my post from December 18, 2015 was not looked for 3 days and so I posted on the Waiting Room forum, as instructed to do so for such a situation.  Today is December 28 and unfortunately for me, my post has not been responded to.

 

I understand that the site is busy and the services are provided by volunteers - for which I am grateful - and that the Christmas holidays are in full swing.  However, what I don't understand is why maleware posts as recent as December 27 are being answered, yet others that are in the Waiting Room and are obeying the rules, are still sitting there waiting patiently.

 

Any attention to this would be greatly appreciated.

Yep, you are correct, the Waiting Room was overlooked as we all got busy.

 

For me it was Christmas that got in the way. Family from overseas and local descended on us. Great to see them... although very busy lol and as you rightly said, some things got missed.
