If you hear a booting up sound, then I suspect it is turning on, but you just can't see it.

Do you see any lights at all on the laptop? There is generally a hard drive activity light that will flash.

There could also be a light lit up in the power button.

Unplug your AC power adapter for a few minutes. What happens?

Plug the adapter back in. Do you see a charging light?

With the statement

All i here is a booting up sound and that is it.

I suspect the display may be shot.

After the sound there are no lights to indicate that it is on.

You didn't answer any of my questions. I need to know if you see any lights flashing as it boots up.

This usually indicates there is activity and that the laptop could be booted BUT you have a bad display.
