Those were the logs you sent before using the Removal Tool. I really wanred a new log to see if Eset was completely uninstalled.

 

Since Gary R helped you to clean your computer at another forum, the problem was mainly that there were 2 firewalls and antivuruses running. When you re-install Eset Smart Security, you need to disable Windows Defender and Windows firewall.

 

The good part is both browsers seem....seem to run well.?

I think you are fine now - as I said, anything dodgy was dealt with by Gary  before you came here. Windows 10 is the most secure system there has been and as long as you have a decent antivirus and firewall you should be fine.

 

Also, remember to update CryptoPrevent as the unpaid version doesn't update automatically.

I think things are good.....the best part about disabling the Malwarebytes and Eset product is it let Windows defender catch the Trojan  Rogue:JS/Fakecall.D   I cant thank you enough for your help putting the registry and files back together again..  Yes Gary is awesome, he actually helped with an issue that was different, it was  a Malwarebytes popup.

Your computer appears to be clean.

Now that you’re free from malware, as long as your computer seems to be running well, please follow these simple steps to tidy up you computer and decrease the likelihood of getting infected again:


Uninstall AdwCleaner

• double click on adwcleaner.exe to run the tool
• click on Uninstall
• confirm with Yes.

Download & run Delfix

• download Delfix from here to remove many of the tools we've used during the cleaning process.
• ensure “Remove disinfection tools” is checked.

Also place a checkmark next to:

o    Create registry backup
o    Purge system restore

• click the Run button.

You can delete all other logs and programs we’ve used that are on your desktop. Just click on them and press Delete.

Download and install Unchecky .

Note: The free version doesn't provide automatic updates but should be updated often, (at least weekly), as this infection has serious consequences. To update it manually, open the program, select the “Updates” menu then select Check for Updates to see if there are any available.
