It's not as good as it should be. Does it get hotter when you play a game?

Arctic Silver 5 says on their webpage that you need to turn off the PC and let it cool down several times before it gets to the final temp.

Did you follow their guidelines?  They tell you what shape drop to use and how to clean and prepare the surfaces.  I thought the tip to use coffee filters as clean cloths was clever.

Is there a heatsink on the graphic chip?

It gets warmer, somewhere around 60 degrees, which shouldn't be all too bad.

I just followed a tutorial about applying the paste, using an old credit card.

And there is a heat sink, yes.

I see from Speccy that you have Crossfire Disabled.  I wonder if that is the problem.

open the Catalyst Control Center.
Click on Graphics.
In the menu that opens up, click on CrossfireX.
Check the box "Enable Crossfire" (if the option exists).

It says so indeed... I can't however remember ever turning it off.

According to the Catalyst Control Center, crossfire is enabled at this moment...

I would reinstall Speccy and see if it still says it is off.  If so I would try unchecking it and see if that makes a difference to Speccy.
