Hi guys,

Im afraid I'm not the most advanced PC user but unfortunately my system has become infected by malware.

I tried to follow your preliminary advice - eg use the free downloads like clean up! etc but I cant get to the download stage as my keyboard/mouse and everything is affected.

Everytime I click on the download links, another rogue link for some sleazy site seems to override it - thus disabling me from progressing - it's gettin very frustrating as the viruses(?) are taking over my whole system!

I hope I don't sound too dumb in my explanation! but does this sound familiar and can anyone help me rectify this very annoying problem?!!

Many Thanks,

Funkeii
