I had this issue on my Windows 10 PC, I solved it by following this http://www.tenforums...html#post505156

If you are going to attempt this solution, only tamper with the keys it is telling you to.

Since 11082 there has been numerous problems in which causes the wifi to suddenly drop out I have seen it done it on one of my mates computers running 10586.36. However 11099 doesn't have this case or likely, but I haven't seen it since I don't have the build yet.
