Bear with me on this question. Hopefully it's not a dumb one! lol
I need a 1Ghz Intel Pentium P4 processor or better. What I have is AMD E1-2100 APU with Radeon ™ HD Graphics 1.oo Ghz
I need it to be eligible for a telecommute job. So, my question is, can I change mine or do I have to buy all new? I do not have the money to buy a new one right now!

What you have is better than a 1Ghz Intel Pentium P4 processor which is a pretty old setup so you should be good to go. Hopefully the job is not a scam.
