Hey Guys,

I run a spreadsheet for my business that has a summary page. This summary page grabs data from other sheets to give me averages etc.

I use the HLOOKUP function to lookup "today's" date minus 2-7 days within another sheets data range and then it gives me a snapshot on the summary page of whats happening.

The problem is that it was working great until we rolled into the new year...... Now it wont recognize any data from 1st Jan on wards. When I change the lookup date to the 31/12/15 it is fine but when the date rolls over the data dissapears!!

Help please??? I'm assuming this could just be a simple formatting fix within Excel?

Many thanks Aaron

Assuming the date actually appears in the first row of the table the usual problem is that the table has outgrown the referenced array.  Then there is the possibility that you are doing something wrong in your minus 2-7 days calculation.  Difficult to say without seeing the actual HLOOKUP function and having a feel for the table.  Are you getting an error or does it just return blanks?

Can you do a test HLOOKUP where you leave off the minus 2-7 stuff?  Does it get data then?
