A new computer it is windows 10   they kept after me to update  so I finally gave in and did the update ,now  its showing only a back screen .I tried to search out about why  but all I see are the people who went from 7/8 to 10 .

I have turned it off and on   to no avail  it comes on like it is normal  but after you type your password  just black with a cursor ,I am regretting allowing them to do this update .

I just would like to know how do I get my computer back to normal

thank you

Going down that path is not a good idea. I find that many people run into those problems when upgrading, because most people think that all will go good when it doesn't, because the computers aren't compatible with the computer or the hardware within it. Be sure to check online to see if your computer is compatible with Windows 10 to prevent issues from arising and if you wanted the media creation tool is available on Microsoft's webpage. But due to the fact you might need to downgrade to Windows 7 since it's best to do so.
