I have reversed it back since so it's like a rotating circle and it's kind of making my head spin.

And maybe. I just wish it wasn't so difficult to deal with.

Computer problems are frustrating Im afraid, it comes with the territory  :(

 

While you wait on a USB keyboard to become available, if you have access to another computer and a thumb drive you could try running Seatools to test your HDD, see here

My dad found out about this issue when he asked me to do something on my laptop and I had no choice but to tell him what was going on so he took it to the small computer repair shop up the road.

I confessed I hadn't said anything cause I was determined to fix it myself and he was like "we'll just take it in" cause he's stubborn

I don't know that's all my dad told me. I don't know if they told him something more but that's all I got on my end of the conversation.

Doesn't help you much does it, if only the HDD is bad it is an easy fix.
