Hi.
I understand this is a compatibility utility, but do i need to have these three things

in my scheduled tasks?

Probably installed by a game or other software.   Look at the paths.  Two are looking at the D: drive.  That's usually the CD/DVD.  The other the E: drive.  Probably a USB.  I don't think they are important and since either drive might have something else in it they could fail which would bring up a popup to that effect.  Worst case the game or software will be a bit slower loading.  I would delete them.
