I got this strange request for internet access be a program named "SUCATREG.EXE" trying to connect to "crl.microsoft.com". I have no idea what this is. Of course, I denied it access, but I'm wondering what this thing is.

Does this system have WinME? Appears to be a legitimate Windows application to me.

Yes, sorry ME. Blocking it appeared to cause no apparent problems. Thanks. <_< It just looked wierd, so I blocked it.
