Looking for TV channel provider

I am really disappointed with the current TV package. I think it is better to get service from some other TV channel provider. Always there will be some problems with the signals. Sometimes the complete service will go down. Recently I have gone through the website of Acanac-Inc Toronto www.acanac.com . I am okay with their packages. But I need to know about their quality of service. I don't want to repeat the same mistake again. If anybody here uses their services, please share the feedback.
