when managing or trying to open/view video files in windows explorer (even just by highlighting a single file AND by double-clicking it), i'll get a 'windows explorer has encountered an error and must close' error message and it closes...
what's the deal? it doesn't happen w/all videos, and it doesn't even happen with the same file consistently... but it's driving me freaking crazy--especially when i'm putting files in folders... any help on this? please??
