Normally this should be under 1.5.  Higher values tend to cause videos to stutter.

 

Sometimes this is caused by a bad driver but it may be more from the Adobe junk.  I did see one where the battery was dragging things down.  Operating without the battery and things were normal.  You can run Process Explorer and click on each (not on Interrupts) and Pause it to see if Interrupts improves.

How do I actually pause whatever I am clicking? Everyone in the process explorer is moving faster then I can click.

Hello! I tried to find the location of AdobePCBroker with no luck. I tried to use task manager to try and find it but it doesn't pop up. I tried to look at the file location of Adobe CEF helper but couldn't find it. Do you think its gone or has been renamed?

 

Should I use this Donothing.exe for Adobe CEF helper instead?

Guess my brain was too fried to check the logs for the file path.

 

I ended up finding it but couldn't replace the file. Said it need admin permissions which I do. It doesn't prompt me for a password.

and save it to your desktop.

Unzip the file and depending on the system run GrantPerms.exe or GrantPerms64.exe

Copy and paste the following in the edit box:

Click Unlock. When it is done click "OK".

Click List Permissions and post the result (Perms.txt) that pops up. A copy of Perms.txt will be saved in the same directory the tool is run. 

You should be able to replace the file now.

You can right click on it and select Properties then Security

 

1. Right-click the file or folder, click Properties, and then click the Security tab.

2. Click Advanced, and then click the Owner tab.

3. Click Edit, and then do one of the following:

   • To change the owner to a user or group that is not listed, click Other users and groups and, in Enter the object name to select (examples), type the name of the user or group, and then click OK.

It might be in use.  You can try in Safe Mode.

 

or use msconfig to keep it from loading by unchecking all fo the adobe things then OK and reboot.
