Can't stop form feed

Hello,

I'm trying to print an address from Reflections to a HP Laserjet 4100. I want to print on an envelope from the envelope feeder on tray 1. It works, but each time I get an extra page with "2345X@PJL EOJ NAME = "MSJOB 9"

I've uncheck auto form feed in reflections.
I've turned off the seperator page in the printer setup.
I don't see a seperator or form feed option on the printer's menu.

I can't figure out where it is coming from.
