Windows 10 running slow again

Hi,

My wife's Toshiba Satellite is running slow again. Could you give me a hand to go through a clean up again to see if there is something lurking that could cause the slowing down?

Are you downloading the latest versions of windows 10 (fast or slow ring) or are you using the standard version ?

When do you see the slowdown ? At start, when opening programmes or when using the net
