Look at the ads for SDET's wanted and see what they are looking for. Most of them want a degree in Computer Science with
- Experience coding/scripting automated test suites (Selenium Web driver and Python are preferred)
- Knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures used in computer programming
- Demonstrated ability to write code, experience with Java, JavaScript or Python preferred
- Experience with the Linux command line
- Demonstrated capabilities in problem solving
- Ability to detect, report, track and explain defects effectively
- Ability to resolve ambiguities in user stories
- Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
There are also schools (this is just an example not a recommendation):
