Look at the ads for SDET's wanted and see what they are looking for.  Most of them want a degree in Computer Science with

  • Experience coding/scripting automated test suites (Selenium Web driver and Python are preferred)
  • Knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures used in computer programming
  • Demonstrated ability to write code, experience with Java, JavaScript or Python preferred
  • Experience with the Linux command line
  • Demonstrated capabilities in problem solving
  • Ability to detect, report, track and explain defects effectively
  • Ability to resolve ambiguities in user stories
  • Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

There are also schools (this is just an example not a recommendation):
