Yet another MSpaint error-holder

When I click on MSpaint in the start menu, or anywhere else, I recieve a message like this.

Paint has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

If you were in the middle of something, the imformation you were working on might be lost. Please tell Microsoft about this problem. We have created an error report that you can send to help us improve Paint. We will treat this report as confidential and anonymous. To see what data this error report contains, click here.

(Yes I did type that whole thing out and it took forever)

And so, I've sent an error report many times, blah blah blah. I've looked at all the other topics with MSpaint I could find on the Interweb, and it seems that nothing works. Any suggestions?
