Making A Web Search Inquiry to Google

Hi,
I Have Been Using Google Ever Since I Have Started Using The Internet.Now Here Is The Thing:
My Computer Has Had To Be Formatted Two Times.First Time Because Of Malaware Issues But The Second Time It Was The Result of An Accidental Format By An Idiotic Vendor.The Point Is I Lost A Massive Portion of My Data The Bulk Of Which Are Web Searches From This IP Address On Which I Am Posting Right Now.
 
My Question is If I Make A Request To Google For My Web History On This IP Address To Be E Mailed To Me Directly,Would It Be Acknowledged???I Would Like To Add That I Am The Sole User Of This IP Address So There Should Be No Issue of Privacy
