Hi,
I know that there are ways to make internet history not deletable on a desk top. Is there any way to do this on a mobile phone?
I realize there are trackers out there, but I do not wish to become to CIA. I simply would like to make it so inappropriate things are not accessible on the phone, without being seen of course.
Any suggestions without psychotic tracking?

Maybe look into a Parental Control app. I assume this is not YOUR phone, does it need to be a secret to the other person?
