File size .pst 19, 9 GB. When you add the Outlook data file, the program displays a message:

* .pst File is checked for errors pstscan.exe. Picture is OK, no errors.

"There has been a file size limit C: \ Documents and Settings \ ... \ ***. PST. To reduce the amount of data in the file, delete unwanted items cannot be recovered (shift + del)."

I need to get all the data from the .pst file.

As you said that your Outlook PST files size is 19.9 GB which is almost the default size limit of PST file in Outlook 2007. Unfortunately, you have delete some data from the PST file by pressing shift+ delete command to reduce the size of PST and now you want recover that permanently deleted data from the PST file.

I would like to tell you that there is no any free utility which recover you hard deleted from the Outlook data file. So, you have to move on any third party tool.

On the behalf of my personal experience, I would like to recommend Outlook PST Recovery tool to recover your permanently deleted data form the PST file. You can also split your 19.9 GB PST file into smaller PST’s by date, year, folder and size with help of split pst option.

Note: Run the demo version before purchasing.

Regards

Hi,Kaiadams

There are a lot of online resources discussing about how to recovering corrupt or damaged PST files.

First, the Microsoft offical tool scanpst, also called Inbox Repair Tool, can repair the PST file, you can refer the following articles:

http://office.micros...A010075831.aspx
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/272227
https://support.micr...t.com/kb/287497

Second, there are many third-party Outlook recovery tools you can try, below is a list of them:

Nearly all these tools provide a free trial so you can try first to see if a tool works before purchase it.

Good luck!

Let's try to repair your outlook.pst file using Scanpst.exe, aka Inbox Repair tool, in case ScanPST is not able to get back .pst file, then your corruption is complicated and you may try to use https://www.repairto...r-pst-file.html Outlook Repair Toolbox

As an additional information about methods .pst recovery, take a look at next articles/threads, where experienced users give various methods of solving .pst issues

Microsoft Outlook Inbox Repair Tool

Exit Outlook. Press "Windows-E" to open File Explorer and then navigate to "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office 15\" for a 32-bit version or "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office 15\" for 64-bit. Double-click "scanpst.exe. Click the "Browse…" button and then select the PST file you wish to repair. The default PST locations are "C:\Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook" or " "C:\Users\<USERNAME>\Roaming\Local\Microsoft\Outlook" where <USERNAME> is replaced by your Windows username. Click the "Start" button to scan your PST file. If the Inbox Repair Tool finds errors in your PST file, then you will be prompted to repair the file. Click the "Repair" button to repair your PST file.
