File size .pst 19, 9 GB. When you add the Outlook data file, the program displays a message:

 

* .pst File is checked for errors pstscan.exe. Picture is OK, no errors.

 

"There has been a file size limit C: \ Documents and Settings \ ... \ ***. PST. To reduce the amount of data in the file, delete unwanted items cannot be recovered (shift + del)."

 

I need to get all the data from the .pst file.

As you said that your Outlook PST files size is 19.9 GB which is almost the default size limit of PST file in Outlook 2007. Unfortunately, you have delete some data from the PST file by pressing shift+ delete command to reduce the size of PST and now you want recover that permanently deleted data from the PST file.

 

I would like to tell you that there is no any free utility which recover you hard deleted from the Outlook data file. So, you have to move on any third party tool.

 

On the behalf of my personal experience, I would like to recommend Outlook PST Recovery tool to recover your permanently deleted data form the PST file. You can also split your 19.9 GB PST file into smaller PST’s by date, year, folder and size with help of split pst option.

Exit Outlook.
