Hi I am migrating from Mac Outlook 2011 to Gmail webmail. I have a Godaddy website POP account I want to move all email from to Gmail. I am copying all of these messages to Gmail using Gmail IMAP in Outlook. I dragged each POP mail folder to the from the POP account to the GMAIL IMAP section in the Mail section in Outlook. All the messages show up successfully in Outlook under the Gmail IMAP folders however when I go to the label for the folder in Gmail webmail it only shows a very small number of the emails I copied.

Any idea what's going on? I looked all over Outlook and Gmail settings and couldn't find anything relevant.
