Several users getting the same error when trying to scan in ImageNow:

Scanner control software detected error. (-4433)

Any help would be appreciated.

If the several users that you refer to are part of a network group then you need to contact the head of the IT Dept in the facility concerned, it would not be appropriate for anyone outside your IT Dept to suggest or attempt fixes.

FWIW an example of ImageNow users + Grand Rapids Community College here
