Hello I want to factory reset my dell latitude d610 and I don't know how.

Operating system restore

 

This will erase all of your data.

Note that once you reinstall you will need to get all of the Windows updates that have come out since your PC left the factory.  This is usually over 100 and takes hours to complete.
