My acer (i think Acer Aspire V3 series) laptop crashed & every time I restart it it goes to blue screen almost immediately & says it because of this error: 0xc000021a. Automatic repair doesn't fix the problem, rebooting in safe mode doesn't work, ive tried the pressing F7 option & that didn't work. As far as i know I only can get into command prompt or the refresh & reset pc options but I donk have a reboot usb or disc. My main concern is keeping my programs on my laptop such as Adobe Master suite & fl studio etc & also my personal files (pictures, music, notes, videos etc.) PLEASE HELP, THANKS!

Hi logicalguy864,

This can happen if your winlogon or csrss processes get corrupted, or they get shut down for any reason. The system raises that error and you get a blue screen.

Have a look here:

http://answers.micro...fc-68b599b31bf5

Are you able to boot to Safe Mode?

You may need to install and run the XP Recovery console and replace those two files using that:
http://www.bleepingc...covery-console/

These are the two programs you need to put back:
Winlogon.exe
Csrss.exe

Post back with how it goes!
