at the moment we're using OCSNG together with GLPI, but we want (for several reasons) to change. So we're looking for some suggestions.
Several services will be using the helpdesk part, the asset management part will only for the IT service.
Also, for one service, they're using one group where the tickets arrive. And afterwards they get assigned to the particular subgroup. The goal is afterwards, to get reports that check the time between the arrival of the ticket and the reassignment to the subgroup.
Does somebody has some suggestions about good systems for this?
