Hello All, I am wondering if you people can help me out with my client's website, I have been doing hours of research to try and find a solution to my client's webpage problem, it seems like they have the 'white screen of death ' with their website as it doesn't show anything when I try to update the website but I can login to wordpress fine.

However I can't use FTB (if you don't know it means File Transfer Protocal) because I do not have their login on their password, the last time the website was working was when my client(s) updated their website from another host, I have had someone who knows technology look it and emailed wordpress but they could not do anything about it, I am hoping someone here has a solution to my problem.
