What do u mean like Windows 8 I don't have internet at my house so I brought it over to my cousins to download a few games n it was updating to Windows 8.1

So I think what you are saying is that this is a Windows 8 machine that has struck a problem while updating to Windows 8.1.

 

That is not a malware problem.

 

Rather than move this topic I think the best thing would be for you to open a new topic in the Windows 8 and 8.1 forum here. Explain what happened and someone there should give you some help.
