Hi,
I recently purchased my new pc in December 2015. Everything was great. However now in certain games I randomly receive a lag (Sort of stutter) every 5-10 seconds. This only happens in Modern Warfare 2 and Shadow of Mordor. Before, I can say that obviously MW2 had no issues and ran perfectly but it seems to have just occurred. Having said this, my PC actually runs GTA V currently on ultra 60+ fps.
While I was playing H1Z1 my PC suddenly decided to crash when there was no frame drop. The screen just froze on the game and I could do nothing. This also happened the previous day with TF2. I have checked my PC using antivirus and malwarebytes and not one threat was found. GPU driver is up to date however windows is not as for some reason it says it is not activated.
I am not sure if these issues tie together or not but it seems very strange.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

:welcome:   Morleyy,

Does the problem only happen with Steam games, if yes, can I ask what AV software you are using and do you have any problems at all with your internet connection.
