AVG brings up DW20.exe Virus

Each time I click on the particular Excel File I AVG Free brings up the following and says to restart to remove and it does not remove it:

Q:\140066.ENU\VFS\CSIDL_Program_Files_Common\Microsoftshared\DW\DW20.exe
