Turbo Tax 2015 on Windows 10 goes back to Windows ICON menu continuall

I have Turbo Tax 2015 running on Windows 10.  When I start the program, It continually returns to the Windows ICON screen when ever I do anything with the program, and I have to press the windows key and tab key to get back to the screen I was working on.  I've searched all over the net but cannot find a problem like this anywhere. It drives me crazy.  I do not have this happen with any other programs.  Any suggestions?
