You are welcome   PROCESS_NAME:  mbamservice.ex is implicated in each of your 4 dmps, do you have the free or paid for Pro version, if free, uninstall it, use the computer as you nor... Go to the full post »

Hi everybody

can you help me with my problem

i'm usuing windows 7 64bit and i have been getting this bsod for like a week.

i used BlueScreenView to know the problem but didn't find a solution until now

i attached RAR file with 4 dmp files of the bsod hope you can help me

thanks in advance.

Please use the method below to upload any dmpfiles, we do not use rar

 

1. Copy any dmp files from C:\Windows\Minidump onto the desktop.
2. Select all of them, right-click on one, and click on Send To> New Compressed (zipped) Folder.
3. Upload the zip folder using the Attach button, bottom left of the dialogue input box
