Hi,

I downloaded Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended trial and used Opener to unpack one of the files.

All the files are now in the same folder. See attached

When I click Photoshop_13_LS4 I get the same error message. See attached.

I downloaded the program from the main Adobe website. I downloaded from a separate website but got the same error message.

Can you help?

Hi,

Apologies to you but I seemed to have fixed the problem.

I double left clicked Photoshop_13_LS4 as it seemed to be the main file but I got the error message.

So I single right clicked the file and got the command to Open which I then single left clicked and Opener then unpacked (?) it.

I shall continue and see if I can get the program going.
