How to format a write protected pen drive?

When I tried to format my pen drive, I got the message "This disk is write protected". I have tried various methods available on the internet like registry editor, diskpart, etc. but none of it worked. Please help!!

 

P.S. : I have Strontium otg nitro 16gb pen drive

No mention of any write protection tab being checked, does the pen drive have one and if yes is it in the "write enable" position.

 

Not sure if you have seen the following;

 

Formatter  This utility will format any USB flash drive, with your choice of FAT, FAT32, or NTFS partition types.
