You can add  links (short cuts) to programs in either of these places, what I have there is below each one.

C:\Users\Default\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo

DefaultSendTo.jpg

C:\Users\account_name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo

Hi,

A faster way to open the folder is to press the Windows key + R and type shell:sendto

Steps to customize Send to menu in Windows 10:

Step 1: Press Windows+R to display Run dialog, type shell:sendto and tap ok to open the Send To folder.

Gday.

Looks like you are sorted, but an alternative, works for most start item.

Step 1. Open start menu, > right click, (Paint), > select "Open File Location" > if a shortcut icon is shown, Go to step 3.

Step 2. If a shortcut icon is not shown for the item you want > right click a folder icon > select "send to Desktop, (create Shortcut.

Step 3.  press the Windows key + R and type shell:sendto > click OK, > Drag your shortcut onto the open window.   > Exit.

To enable the display of hidden files and folder in the Sendto menu.   I would not enable if other people use the computer.

Click on Start > File Explorer. Click on the View tab > Show/Hide and tick the Hidden Items check box.

To see more places in the extended Sendto menu.

Highlight any File, image  or Folder, > Hold down the shift key and right click the item, > highlight Sendto, >  Click the destination link. .
