I am a malware specialist. You would be better served by one of the techs with this.

 

You should open a new topic here stating that you want help formatting and reinstalling your Windows 7 Operating System.

 

Tell them that you have been here and managed to backup your data but haven't managed to get rid of the cause and want to reinstall.
