during the boot I get a blue screen to come up that says.

Recovery

Your pC needs to be repaired

Error Code  0xc000000e

I do not have any recovery tools.

I was able to get to another screen but not sure what I did to get there..... F8 I think.

Anyway I now have a screen up that says;

Startup Menu

F1     System Information

F2     System Diagnostics

F11   System Recovery

Enter -  Continue Startup

For more info go to ... www.hp.com\go\techcenter\startup

I tried to select F2 and F11 but nothing happened.

Please help.
