Hi there! I want to make new website with live chat feature on it but i don't really know which one is the best. Can you give me any advice with it?

For my money? Set up a channel on an IRC server (Undernet, GeekShed, FreeNode, etc. but make sure to check the TOU so that your channel doesn't violate them.. or run your own IRCd), and use a web-based client inserted into a webpage.
I use WSIRC to make a widget for my website. It uses ajax, so it should be pretty much universal.
"Zopim" will be good livechat for websites.
Pure Chat is the best live chat. As many software companies use this chat to interact with their customers. As i am using software for my small business, pure chat allows me to interact with help desk and the answer all the question using the chat. ( i have experienced it after using Apptivo software).
Zopim is a very nice platform for live chat.
But when it comes to smartphone then no one can defeat WhatsApp.
