Please provide a little more info before we make suggestion.
What is your budget?
In which country will you purchase parts?
Do you have a full retail OS (64 bit) you can use? An OEM version is not transferable to a new build.
What brand/model of display are you going to use?
Will you also use the computer for other software or gaming?
