I desperately need someone's help, my computer screen is stuck on the DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LES_OR_EQUAL page and nothing I do will let me have access to anything else and my computer keep saying there's other administrators blocking me from accessing my settings even. I've tried everything I know and nothing is working.

Yes, terribly sorry. Essexboy is an awesome help and I had no clue my husband had made a second one. We were both stressing for hours over now all of our systems going down. This site and you wonder workers in it are a magnificent help for so many like us who are tech illiterate, again sorry would have fixed this is if I would have seen it earlier. Thank you and it's actually turned into 3 computers down now. Lol just have to keep looking forward.

No problem and no harm done Shelly1988, was just checking before chiming in and possibly confusing the issue

You are in safe hands with Essexboy but good luck in any event, you are most welcome btw and thank you from GTG for your kind words  :)
