Hey guys.

While I'm on my wifi, I will get ping spikes every 30-45 seconds or so, and they only last 1 second.  It looks like a stutter in game but I am positive it is a ping issue because the stutters correlate to when I see my ping jump drastically.  I have been using the command prompt to monitor my real-time ping.

When I am plugged into my modem it is not noticeable anymore, so it must just be the wifi.

I've updated my WLAN, WIFI adapter, and BIOS drivers and nothing.

Also, the problem is much more drastic when I am gaming, or under high CPU load.  I will jump to 1000+ rather than just 400+.
