Hi People

I'm having a problem with some users in a remote location as a temp in a buisness.

They are in Sydney and I'm in Denmark and therefore using Teamviewer. Should say they are on Macbooks (all same model) with Windows 10 installation.

I'm not sure this is the right place, but it does seem very Office related.

When they are working in Excel, sometimes Outlook and rarely IExplorer, they get an error in event log saying Apphang. The spreadsheet window just blanks out.

The application lets them save their spreadsheets and the just start excel up again. But this is quite problematic as it disrupts their work.

Usually the have multiple excel files open, but it happens with only a few as well. It does not seem to be happening with just one specific file.

The eventlog is filled with a lot of

"The Software Protection service has started.
10.0.10586.0"

I have tried quite a few things. Firstly updated, repair and reinstalled Office.

Disabled hardware graphics acceleration. Updated graphics driver.

Have run adwcleaner; nothing.

Have run Offcat, but it didnt really show anything serious.

I will get a report for you if you need.

Can you help me? Thanks.

Best Regards

Bo A.
