Hi everyone.. Recently, I am working as a software developer and I am planning to develop a QMS system. Actually, I don't possess much knowledge about the quality management working process. My cousin who is a quality analyzer in a manufacturing company will help me. Apart from that what all I should note before going to develop such a software? Do you have any suggestions for me?
