Unremovable spyware/malware/adware

My daughter's Windows XP SP2 PC recently became infected with some form of adware/malware spyware. The symptoms are that periodically browser sessions are launched usually directed toward loadingwebsite.com or ads2.revenue.com

I followed the steps as directed on your page below:

Microsoft Anti-spyware is not currently detecting anything. Although a few days ago it was detecting iSearch.DesktopSearch. The McAfee Security software that is installed has detected Adware-look2me. Ewido has detected MyWebSearch. Adaware and the other anti-spyware have had similar results. However, using the quarantine/delete options of these software packages, the spyware will not go away. Below is the HijackThis log from her PC. If anyone can help, it would be appreciated.
