Have you located the Windows 7 product key on the chassis as explained by Ztruker and written down the MS Office product key and that of the Cyberlink software as was suggested by myself.... Go to the full post »

I've picked up his log, and I'm checking the machine for malware. Once I give him the all clear, if he's still having issues, I'll send him back your way for further testing. :thumbsup:
