Hello,

Was at an airport yesterday and although my Lenovo Ideapad picked up the signal, I could not go online!
What do I have to do with my settings in order to be able to go online?

Many thanks, Anna

Are you sure your DHCP is enabled on network connections option?

To do this:

Go to control panel--> Network and sharing centre--> On left side click change adapter settings--> select your wifi connection and check for  OBTAIN IP ADDRESS AUTOMATICALLY.

Or

If third party firewall software is running, check that to make sure internet access is not blocked.

For Wifi no need to check for first one Local area connection rather than other two are wifi, right click on each and every connection and check for DHCP but it looks like you not connected to wifi.
