Running Windows7, Toshiba Satellite laptop. The wireless icon shows full bars, connected. I can bring up Firefox slowly and my home page yet can't bring up any other webpages or bookmarks. Where do I start?
Malware came up negative. Antivirus clear.

Hello,

 

From when this issue start happening? Did you install anything new in your pc prior to this issue?

Can you run command prompt with administrator rights and type ipconfig /all and press enter and please copy paste the results here.
